Service noteWe act under your written authority. Banks may still contact you directly. Settlements and revised terms require creditor approval, and payments go directly to your creditors. Further services and fees are agreed before work begins.

Two things to know before we start

You stay in charge. We only contact a creditor about your account after you give us written authority to do so, and you can withdraw it.

Your creditor makes the decision. We can prepare and present a proposal, but each creditor decides whether to accept it. We cannot promise a reduced balance or new terms.

What happens when you contact us

Your first conversation is free and confidential.

  1. A first conversation

You tell us what is happening. We listen and ask a few questions. No documents are needed at this stage.

  2. An honest view

We explain what we think could help, what we cannot do, and any fees, before anything starts.

  3. Your written authority

If you want us to act, you confirm in writing what we may do and which creditors we may contact.

  4. Proposal and follow-up

We present your proposal to the creditor, follow up and keep you informed until you have their answer.

What we do not do

So there are no surprises.

  • We do not lend money or arrange new loans
  • We do not guarantee a reduced balance, new terms or creditor acceptance
  • We do not give legal advice or represent you in court
  • We do not ask you to stop paying your creditors
  • We do not start any paid work until fees are explained and agreed
